AN ACT relating to public welfare; repealing certain provisions relating to assistance to
homeless persons; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
