AN ACT relating to public welfare; repealing certain provisions relating to assistance to homeless persons; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

   Section 1. NRS 428A.010, 428A.020, 428A.030, 428A.040,

 428A.050, 428A.060, 428A.070, 428A.080, 428A.090 and 428A.100 are

 hereby repealed.

   Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective on July 1, 2001.
