AN ACT relating to the motor vehicle revolving account; requiring the state board of examiners to determine the amount of money to be deposited in the account; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. NRS 482.183 is hereby amended to read as follows:

1-2    482.183  The motor vehicle revolving account [in the amount of

1-3  $40,000] is hereby created and must be used for making change in the

1-4  main and branch offices[.] of the department. The state board of

1-5  examiners shall determine the amount of money to be deposited in the

1-6  account, within the limits of money available for that purpose.

1-7    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective on July 1, 2001.
