AN ACT relating to the motor vehicle revolving account; requiring the state board of examiners to determine the amount of money to be deposited in the account; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

   Section 1. NRS 482.183 is hereby amended to read as follows:

   482.183  The motor vehicle revolving account [in the amount of

 $40,000] is hereby created and must be used for making change in the

 main and branch offices[.] of the department. The state board of

 examiners shall determine the amount of money to be deposited in the

 account, within the limits of money available for that purpose.

   Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective on July 1, 2001.
