AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Office of the Attorney General for an unanticipated shortfall caused by the overestimation of revenues in the budget; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to
1-2 the Office of the Attorney General for an unanticipated shortfall caused by
1-3 the overestimation of revenues in the budget the sum of $500,000. This
1-4 appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 4 of chapter 571,
1-5 Statutes of Nevada 1999, at page 2978.
1-6 Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
1-7 H
