AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Museums, Library and Arts for unanticipated additional utility expenses; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2  the Department of Museums, Library and Arts the sum of $15,220 for

1-3  unanticipated additional utility expenses to be disbursed as follows:

1-4  Lost City Museum...................... $910

1-5  Nevada Historical Society, Reno$3,500

1-6  Nevada Museum and Historical Society, Las Vegas...................... $2,735

1-7  Administrative office................ $8,075

1-8  This appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 18 of chapter

1-9  571, Statutes of Nevada 1999, at page 2980.

1-10    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
