AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Museums, Library and Arts for unanticipated additional utility costs, personnel costs and purchasing assessments; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2  the Department of Museums, Library and Arts the sum of $35,791 for

1-3  unanticipated additional utility costs, personnel costs and purchasing

1-4  assessments charged by the Purchasing Division of the Department of

1-5  Administration, to be disbursed as follows:

1-6  Lost City Museum..... $424

1-7  Nevada Historical Society, Reno... $6,913

1-8  Nevada Museum and Historical Society, Las Vegas... $7,021

1-9  Administrative office. $19,226

1-10  Division of Museums and History... $1,719

1-11  Nevada State Railroad Museum..... $488

1-12  This appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 18 of chapter

1-13  571, Statutes of Nevada 1999, at page 2980.

1-14    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.

 

1-15  H
