AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Education for a shortfall in money budgeted for contractual obligations for the Terra Nova Tests; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2  the Department of Education the sum of $71,470 for a shortfall in money

1-3  budgeted for contractual obligations for the Terra Nova Tests. This

1-4  appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 15 of chapter 571,

1-5  Statutes of Nevada 1999, at page 2979.

1-6    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
