AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Education for a shortfall in money budgeted for contractual obligations for the Terra Nova Tests; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

   Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

 the Department of Education the sum of $38,890 for a shortfall in money

 budgeted for contractual obligations for the Terra Nova Tests. This

 appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 15 of chapter 571,

 Statutes of Nevada 1999, at page 2979.

   Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
