AN ACT relating to historical markers; requiring the Administrator of the Office of Historic Preservation of the Department of Museums, Library and Arts to add to the schedule for the placement of historical markers a certain marker on Mount Charleston; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. The Administrator of the Office of Historic Preservation of

1-2  the Department of Museums, Library and Arts shall add to the schedule for

1-3  the placement of historical markers pursuant to NRS 383.091, a marker on

1-4  Mount Charleston that commemorates the crash of a USAF C-54 aircraft in

1-5  1955.

1-6    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
