AN ACT making an appropriation to the Office of the Secretary of State for various enabling technology projects, for promotional materials for the Commercial Recordings Division, and for new and replacement equipment; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2  the Office of the Secretary of State the sum of $467,617 for various

1-3  enabling technology projects, for promotional materials for the

1-4  Commercial Recordings Division, and for new and replacement equipment.

1-5    Sec. 2.  Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by section 1

1-6  of this act must not be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2003, and

1-7  reverts to the state general fund as soon as all payments of money

1-8  committed have been made.

1-9    Sec. 3.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
