AN ACT relating to cities; providing for the disincorporation of the City of Gabbs; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of NRS 354.723, chapter
1-2 265, Statutes of Nevada 1971, at page 384, and all amendments made
