AN ACT relating to cities; providing for the disincorporation of the City of Gabbs; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

   Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of NRS 354.723, chapter

 265, Statutes of Nevada 1971, at page 384, and all amendments made

 thereto, is hereby repealed.

   Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
