AN ACT making an appropriation to restore and increase the balance in the reserve for statutory contingency account; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

   Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

 the reserve for statutory contingency account, created by NRS 353.264,

 the sum of $3,000,000 to restore and increase the balance in the account to

 approximately $3,000,000.

   Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
