AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education for a projected shortfall in the personnel services category; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

1-2  the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education the sum of

1-3  $6,000 for a projected shortfall in the personnel services category. This

1-4  appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 17 of chapter 571,

1-5  Statutes of Nevada 1999, at page 2980.

1-6    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
