AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education for a projected shortfall in the personnel services category; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

   Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to

 the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education the sum of

 $6,000 for a projected shortfall in the personnel services category. This

 appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 17 of chapter 571,

 Statutes of Nevada 1999, at page 2980.

   Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
