SENATE Concurrent RESOLUTION—Requesting the return to the Senate from the Governor’s office of Senate Bill No.372 of this session.

 

1-1     Whereas, Senate Bill No. 372 of this session has passed both houses of

1-2  the 71st session of the Legislature, has been enrolled and delivered to the

1-3  Governor; and

1-4     Whereas, Senate Bill No. 372 needs further legislative attention; now,

1-5  therefore, be it

1-6     Resolved by the Senate of the State of Nevada, the Assembly

1-7  Concurring, That the Governor of the State of Nevada is hereby

1-8  respectfully requested to return Senate Bill No. 372 of this session to the

1-9  Senate for further consideration; and be it further

1-10     Resolved, That the Secretary of the Senate prepare and transmit a copy

1-11  of this resolution to Governor Kenny C. Guinn as soon as practicable.
