SENATE Concurrent RESOLUTION—Requesting the return to the Senate from the Governor’s office of Senate Bill No.372 of this session.

 

   Whereas, Senate Bill No. 372 of this session has passed both houses of

 the 71st session of the Legislature, has been enrolled and delivered to the

 Governor; and

   Whereas, Senate Bill No. 372 needs further legislative attention; now,

 therefore, be it

   Resolved by the Senate of the State of Nevada, the Assembly

 Concurring, That the Governor of the State of Nevada is hereby

 respectfully requested to return Senate Bill No. 372 of this session to the

 Senate for further consideration; and be it further

   Resolved, That the Secretary of the Senate prepare and transmit a copy

 of this resolution to Governor Kenny C. Guinn as soon as practicable.
