AN ACT making an appropriation to Clark County for the provision of mental health services in Laughlin; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General
1-2 Fund to Clark County the sum of $100,000 for disbursement to the
1-3 Laughlin Family Resource Center for provision of contracted
1-4 psychiatric and mental health care services to the residents of
1-5 Laughlin.
1-6 Sec. 2. Any remaining balance of the appropriation made by
1-7 section 1 of this act must not be committed for expenditure after
1-8 June 30, 2005, and reverts to the State General Fund as soon as all
1-9 payments of money committed have been made.
1-10 Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
