AN ACT making an appropriation to the State General Fund from the Fund to Stabilize the Operation of the State Government; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Fund to

 Stabilize the Operation of the State Government created by NRS

 353.288 to the State General Fund the sum of $135,000,000.

    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
