AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of Human Resources for the establishment of a branch office in West Wendover; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General
1-2 Fund to the Department of Human Resources for the establishment
1-3 of a branch office of the Department in West Wendover:
1-4 For the fiscal year 2003-2004... $210,189
1-5 For the fiscal year 2004-2005... $159,484
1-6 Sec. 2. Any balance of the sums appropriated by section 1 of
1-7 this act remaining at the end of the respective fiscal years must not
1-8 be committed for expenditure after June 30 of the respective fiscal
1-9 years and reverts to the State General Fund as soon as all payments
1-10 of money committed have been made.
1-11 Sec. 3. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
