AN ACT making an appropriation to the Great Basin College of the University and Community College System of Nevada for the establishment of an oral health clinic in Elko; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1  Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General

1-2  Fund to the Great Basin College of the University and Community

1-3  College System of Nevada for the establishment of an oral health

1-4  clinic in Elko:

1-5  For the fiscal year 2003-2004... $200,000

1-6  For the fiscal year 2004-2005... $200,000

1-7  Sec. 2.  The sums appropriated by section 1 of this act are

1-8  available for either fiscal year. Any balance of those sums must not

1-9  be committed for expenditure after June 30, 2005, and reverts to the

1-10  State General Fund as soon as all payments of money committed

1-11  have been made.

1-12      Sec. 3.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
