AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the State Department of Agriculture for an unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal Year 2002-2003 resulting from an unexpected increase in expenses; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General

 Fund to the State Department of Agriculture the sum of $41,308 for

 an unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal Year 2002-2003

 resulting from an unexpected increase in expenses. This

 appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 24 of chapter

 570, Statutes of Nevada 2001, at page 2862.

    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
