AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education for an unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal Year 2002-2003 resulting from the reclassification of a position; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General

Fund to the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education

the sum of $2,600 for an unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal

Year 2002-2003 resulting from the reclassification of a position.

This appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 17 of

chapter 570, Statutes of Nevada 2001, at page 2860.

    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
