AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services of the Department of Human Resources for an unanticipated shortfall in Fiscal Year 2002-2003 for a shortfall in revenue collections and expenditures relating to psychiatric services at rural clinics; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General

Fund to the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services

of the Department of Human Resources the sum of $740,598 for an

unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal Year 2002-2003 for a

shortfall in revenue collections and expenditures relating to

psychiatric services at rural clinics. This appropriation is

supplemental to that made by section 19 of chapter 570, Statutes of

Nevada 2001, at page 2861.

    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
