The Committee on Elections, Procedures, and Ethicswas called to order at 11:15 a.m., on Friday, March 7, 2003, behind the Bar of the Assembly by Chairwoman Chris Giunchigliani.

Chairwoman Giunchigliani called a Committee meeting behind the Bar to address introduction of BDR R-1213 to the floor of the Assembly.

 

• BDR R-1213 – Urges President of United States and Congress to support free trade agreement between Republic of China on Taiwan and United States. (A.J.R. 4)

 

ASSEMBLYMAN GRADY MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR R-1213.

 

ASSEMBLYMAN CHRISTENSEN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY BY THOSE PRESENT.

Chairwoman Giunchigliani adjourned the meeting at 11:17 a.m.
