The Committee on Elections, Procedures, and Ethicswas called to order at 5:20 p.m., on Monday, March 24, 2003, behind the Bar of the Assembly by Chairwoman Chris Giunchigliani.

Chairwoman Giunchigliani called a Committee meeting behind the Bar to address introduction of BDR 24-166 to the floor of the Assembly.

 

• BDR 24-166 - Makes various changes relating to elections. (A.B. 541)

 

ASSEMBLYMAN McCLEARY MOVED TO INTRODUCE THE BILL.

 

ASSEMBLYWOMAN McCLAIN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

Chairwoman Giunchigliani adjourned the meeting at 5:21 p.m.
