The Committee on Elections, Procedures, and Ethicswas reconvened at 6:45 p.m., on Wednesday, May 28, 2003, behind the Bar of the Assembly by Chairwoman Chris Giunchigliani.

Chairwoman Giunchigliani called a Committee meeting behind the Bar to act on S.B. 137.

 

Senate Bill 137 (1st Reprint):  Establishes Legislative Committee on Persons With Disabilities. (BDR 17-700)

 

ASSEMBLYMAN CONKLIN MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS S.B. 137.

 

ASSEMBLYWOMAN WEBER SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED.

Chairwoman Giunchigliani adjourned the meeting at 6:47 p.m.
