The Committee on Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Miningwas called to order at 11:20 a.m., on Thursday, March 20, 2003, behind the Bar of the Assembly by Chairman Tom Collins.

Chairman Collins asked for a Committee introduction of BDR 40-492 (A.B. 447).

 

• BDR 40-492 - Makes various changes concerning management of solid waste (Assembly Bill 447).

 

ASSEMBLYWOMAN OHRENSCHALL MOVED FOR A COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION OF BDR 40-492

 

ASSEMBLYMAN CONKLIN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.  (Mr. Christensen was absent for the vote.)

 

There being no further business before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 11:22 a.m.
