The Committee on Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Miningwas called to order at 8:28 p.m., on Monday, June 2, 2003, behind the Bar of the Assembly by Chairman Tom Collins.

Chairman Collins said that having processed the Committee’s last bill, and with no further business before the Committee, he would accept a motion to rise* the Committee on Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Mining of the Seventy‑second Legislative Session.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN OHRENSCHALL MOVED TO RISE.

 

ASSEMBLYMAN CONKLIN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED. (Assemblyman Atkinson, Assemblyman Geddes, Assemblyman Marvel, and Assemblyman McCleary were absent.)

 

With no further business to discuss, Chairman Collins adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
