The Committee on Taxationwas called to order at 11:14 a.m., on Wednesday, March 5, 2003, behind the Bar of the Assembly by Chairman David Parks.

Chairman Parks asked for a Committee introduction of BDR 1211 (A.B. 243).

 

• BDR 1211– Provides revenue in support of state budget (A.B. 243).

 

ASSEMBLYMAN MARVEL MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION OF BDR 1211.

 

ASSEMBLYMAN ARBERRY SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

There being no further business before the Committee, Chairman Parks adjourned the meeting at 11:16 a.m.
