BDR 23-1313—Revises provisions governing notice requirements for change in health insurance program for public employees (A.B. 263).

 

Chairman Arberry advised the members of the Committee that this bill draft request related to the Public Employees Benefits Program and asked for a Committee introduction.

 

ASSEMBLYMAN GOLDWATER MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR-23-1313.

 

ASSEMBLYMAN GRIFFIN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

There being no further business before the Committee, Chairman Arberry adjourned the meeting at 11:17 a.m.
