Chairman Arberry said he had called the Committee together for the purpose of making a Committee introduction.

 

 

• BDR 40-1343 – Abolishes Commission on Substance Abuse Education, Prevention, Enforcement and Treatment within Department of Public Safety (A.B. 548).

 

 

 

ASSEMBLYWOMAN GIUNCHIGLIANI MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 40-1343.

 

ASSEMBLYMAN MARVEL SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

There being no further business before the Committee, the Chairman adjourned at 11:52 a.m.
