The Committee on Ways and Meanswas called to order by Chairman Morse Arberry Jr. at 12:40 p.m., on Tuesday, May 27, 2003, behind the Bar of the Assembly.

Assembly Bill 490 (1st Reprint):  Revises provisions governing mortgage brokers and mortgage agents. (BDR 54-998)

 

Chairman Arberry informed the Committee they had received a copy of Amendment 903 to A. B. 490, which incorporated the changes discussed in Committee.  He requested a motion from the members.

 

ASSEMBLYMAN GRIFFIN MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS A. B. 490.

 

ASSEMBLYWOMAN GIUNCHIGLIANI SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

As there was no further business before the Committee, Chairman Arberry adjourned the meeting at 12:40 p.m.
