Chairman Arberry requested a Committee introduction of BDR 23-1368.

 

• BDR 23-1368 – Requires certain local governments to pay periodic assessments for portion of costs of operating Commission on Ethics (A.B. 551).

 

VICE CHAIRWOMAN GIUNCHIGLIANI MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 23-1368.

 

ASSEMBLYMAN MARVEL SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

As there was no further business, the Chairman adjourned the meeting at 11:37 a.m.
