The Senate Committee on Commerce and Laborwas called to order by Chairman Randolph J. Townsend, at 11:40 a.m., on Thursday, March 6, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

I have called a meeting on the Senate Floor for the purpose of receiving a committee introduction on Bill Draft Request (BDR) 3-156.

 

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 3-156: Revise provisions relating to defects in construction. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 241.)

 

SENATOR SHAFFER MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 3-156.

 

SENATOR HARDY SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
