The Senate Committee on Finance was called to order by Chairman William J. Raggio, at 1:50 p.m., on Tuesday, May 27, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

ASSEMBLY BILL 30: revises provisions regarding registration of motor vehicles. (BDR 43-67)

 

 

Senator Raggio stated the Assembly refused to concur in Senate Amendment No. 698 to Assembly Bill 30 and requested the Senate recede from that amendment.

 

 

SENATOR CEGAVSKE MOVED TO DO NOT RECEDE FROM AMENDMENT NO. 698 TO ASSEMBLY BILL 30 AND REQUEST A CONFERENCE COMMITTEE BE HELD.

 

SENATOR TIFFANY SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
