The Senate Committee on Government Affairswas called to order by Chairman Ann O'Connell, at 10:55 a.m., on Monday, March 17, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman O'Connell presented Bill Draft Request (BDR) 21-249 for committee introduction. 

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 21-249:Provides for creation and administration of incorporated towns. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 347.)

 

SENATOR TOWNSEND MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 21-249.

 

SENATOR TIFFANY SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATORS CARE AND HARDY WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
