Chairman O’Connell presented Bill Draft Request (BDR) S-1277 for committee introduction.

 

BILL DRAFT REQUEST S-1277: Establishes pilot program for use of indefinite quantity contracts by Clark County School District for certain public works. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 392.)

 

SENATOR CARE MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR S-1277.

 

SENATOR TOWNSEND SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATOR TITUS WAS ABSENT FOR THE

VOTE.)
