Chairman Rawson requested introduction of Bill Draft Request (BDR) 38-701.

 

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 38-701: Creates the Office of Disability Services within Department of Human Resources to coordinate and administer certain services and programs for persons with disabilities. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 164.)

 

SENATOR CegavskeMOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 38-701.

 

SENATOR WIENER SECONDED THE MOTION.

 


THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATOR NEAL WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
