The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilitieswas called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 10:57 a.m., on Monday, March 17, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rawson requested committee introduction of Bill Draft Request (BDR) 54-123.

 

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 54-123: Requires licensure or certification for persons who counsel compulsive gamblers.  (Later introduced as Senate Bill 351.)

 

SENATOR WIENER MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 54-123.

 

SENATOR WASHINGTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATORS NOLAN AND NEAL WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
