The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilitieswas called to order by Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 2:10 p.m., on Thursday, May 29, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rawson requested a motion on Assembly Concurrent Resolution (A.C.R.) 31.

 

ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 31: Encourages recognition of mental illness and suicide in young people of Nevada as public health crises and recommends implementation of evidence-based initiatives to screen children and adolescents for mental disorders. (BDR R-978)

 

SENATOR NEAL MOVED TO INDEFINITELY POSTPONE A.C.R. 31.

 

SENATOR CEGAVSKE SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
