The Senate Committee on Judiciarywas called to order by Chairman Mark E. Amodei, at 11:45 a.m., on Monday, March 10, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 3-104: Revises various provisions pertaining to malpractice. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 257).

 

SENATOR MCGINNESS MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR 3-104.

 

SENATOR WASHINGTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
