BILL DRAFT REQUEST 10-1053: Revises provisions relating to cancellation or nonrenewal of policy of insurance issues to common-interest community. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 378.)

 

BILL DRAFT REQUEST 52-266: Establishes various provisions relating to identity theft. (Later introduced as Senate Bill 379.)

 

SENATOR MCGINNESS MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION OF BDR 10-1053.

 

SENATOR WASHINGTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATOR NOLAN WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
