The Senate Committee on Judiciarywas called to order by Chairman Mark E. Amodei, at 10:20 a.m., on Friday, May 9, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Amodei presented a proposed amendment to Assembly Bill (A.B.) 284, Exhibit A. He made the stipulation this amendment is subject to approval by the committee before going to the floor.

 

ASSEMBLY BILL 284 (1st Reprint): Prohibits unfair lending practices for home loans and revises provisions governing sale of real property by trustee. (BDR 52-20)

 

SENATOR WIENER MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS AS AMENDED A.B. 284.

 

SENATOR CARE SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATORS NOLAN AND TITUS WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
