Chairman Amodei presented a proposed Assembly Amendment to Senate Bill (S.B.) 432 (Exhibit A).

 

Senate Bill 432 (2nd Reprint): Makes various changes concerning licensing and control of gaming. (BDR 41-490)

 

SENATOR NOLAN MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 625 TO S.B. 42.

 

SENATOR CARE SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATORS WASHINGTON AND WIENER WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
