The Senate Committee on Judiciarywas called to order by Chairman Mark E. Amodei, at 4:20 p.m., on Monday, June 2, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Amodei presented Assembly Bill 460 and asked Mr. Wilkinson to explain the import of the various proposed amendments.

 

 

ASSEMBLY BILL 460 (2nd Reprint): Makes various changes regarding manufacture, sale and use of tobacco products. (BDR 15-1283)

 

Mr. Anthony distributed the Work Session Document, Senate Committee on Judiciary, June 2, 2003, he had prepared for this meeting, (Exhibit A. Original is on file in the Research Library.). Chairman Amodei then requested the pleasure of the committee.

Senator Wiener asked about any fiscal impact and was told there would be none. She then expressed a desire to have more time to review the information presented.

 

There being no further business, Chairman Amodei adjourned the floor session at 4:25 p.m.
