The Senate Committee on Legislative Affairs and Operationswas called to order by Chairman Maurice E. Washington, at 11:40 a.m., on Friday, May 30, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Washington explained the Assembly had added an amendment to Senate Bill 137 which sunsets the Legislative Committee on Persons With Disabilities.

SENATOR CEGAVSKE MOVED TO NOT CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 954 TO S.B. 137.

 

SENATOR RAGGIO SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

Senator Cegavske asked whether there could be a conference committee on this bill. Chairman Washington responded he would request one.

 

Chairman Washington adjourned the floor meeting at 11:43 a.m.
