Chairman Washington informed the committee Amendment No. 1036 to Assembly Concurrent Resolution (A.C.R.) 19 was available for the committee's consideration.

 

ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 19 (1st Reprint): Directs Legislative Commission to conduct interim study of telecommunication services in Nevada. (BDR R-1188)

 

SENATOR CEGAVSKE MOVE TO AMEND AND ADOPT A.C.R. 19.

 

SENATOR TITUS SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATORS RAGGIO AND RAWSON WERE ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
