The Senate Committee on Natural Resourceswas called to order by Chairman Dean A. Rhoads, at 11:10 a.m., on Thursday, February 20, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Rhoads opened the meeting and requested a motion to re-refer Senate

Bill 119 to the Senate Committee on Transportation.

SENATE BILL 119: Imposes certain restrictions on transportation of certain hazardous waste and requires State Environmental Commission to impose certain requirements on storage of waste. (BDR 40-394)

 

SENATOR AMODEI MOVED TO RE-REFER TO SENATE COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION S.B. 119.

 

SENATOR SCHNEIDER SECONDED THE MOTION.

 

 

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
